The entire hotel was impeccably clean, with tidy rooms that made for a pleasant stay. the staff were friendly and always available to assist. the location is fantastic, situated right next to the lake. I enjoyed some refreshing drinks at the Lord High Admiral, which is conveniently located just 300 meters away.

The housekeeping staff were attentive and ensured our room was pristine every day. The modern and clean rooms were equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting area, and a lovely terrace. The quiet air conditioning units provided enhanced comfort, and we were impressed by the key code entry system and the use of QR codes for ordering drinks. The facilities on site were outstanding, with two pools to choose from, including a child-free option. The pool area was beautifully maintained, offering a refreshing place to relax with sun loungers and garden furniture. this venue provided luxurious accommodations and exceptional service.

Everything about this place is perfect. The apartments are clean and well designed with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The facilities on site are excellent, with two pools and a lovely area for eating and drinking. The location is ideal, just a 3-minute walk to the beautiful lakeside where you can swim, and a 15-minute walk into the city center. You won't find a better place to stay in this area.

Although the menu was a bit limited for our taste, it was never a problem to get something to eat or drink. The only downside was that we had to pay extra for an umbrella for the patio, which felt unnecessary considering the amount we were already paying for the accommodation.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with the lakeside just a short 3-minute walk away and a supermarket conveniently located within 5 minutes. the apartments are clean and well designed, equipped with essential amenities like a dishwasher and microwave. the staff is friendly and helpful, with housekeeping ensuring cleanliness daily.

The menu for meals and cocktails could have more variety, but it is not a major concern.

Easter holidays at this hotel were a great experience! the staff was super friendly and always willing to help. the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the pool area was amazing with a lovely view. the location was ideal , close enough to the city to enjoy a short walk, but far enough to avoid the noise and buzz of the city center. Plus, the facility was top, notch with excellent amenities.

When we asked for an umbrella, we were charged extra, which was not ideal given the price we paid for the accommodation.
